Meet Tony

I’ve been coaching for most of my working life and I love it

Originally from the north west of England now happily residing in London after 13 years in New Jersey, USA and most recently 4 years in Dublin, Ireland.

My Experience

Academically, I trained in Industrial Economics and upon graduation moved into a career in HR. I now have over 30 years’ experience in senior HR and talent development roles in FMCG/Consumer Packaged Goods multi-national companies including:

·      Guinness/Diageo

·      Cadbury/Kraft/Mondelez

·      and most recently as CPO for Aryzta AG

I am currently enrolled at HULT Ashridge Management College pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching (expected graduation early 2023).

I have many years’ experience working alongside C-Suite leaders, senior executives and leaders in transition. I understand both what it takes to operate at a C-Suite level and also how to support and challenge leaders working at this level.
